DiBond 3-101 can be used in a mixing ratio of 10:1 for technical plastics but also for numerous treated and untreated metals such as aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper, etc. It retains residual flexibility and has very high impact and peeling strength.
Furthermore, the product has a good temperature resistance of up to +150°C. Moreover, powder coating is possible.
DiBond 3-101 is stable, can bridge larger gaps and does not run.
In addition, it has very good media resistance and thus permanently and reliably bonds plastics that are difficult to bond, such as polycarbonate. The product is chemically resistant to e.g. hydrocarbon, salt solutions, acids and bases (3-10ph).
DiBond 3-101 is also weather and UV resistant.
